NetworkBEACON, which stands for Build, Empower, Advocate, Community Outreach Network, serves as a safety net focused on forward-looking, long-term support. Its mission is to
protect the next decade of rebuilding by preventing abandoned projects and the
heartbreak homeowners experience when forced to sell due to incomplete or failed
construction.
By intervening early and supporting projects from the outset, BEACON helps ensure rebuilding efforts are structured for success from day one. Through trusted guidance, access to resources, and accountability, BEACON ensures that selected contractors have the support necessary to reach full project completion, creating positive outcomes for homeowners, contractors, and the broader community.

Beacon, is composed of top-tier developers, several teams of builders, urban planners, architects, designers, and engineers, who will work in concert with financial institutions and governmental agencies as Design Build experts.
Beacon is committed to assisting and aiding Altadena homeowners with the rebuilding of homes lost in the Altadena Fire also known as the Eaton Fire.
